DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Will be responsible for client relationship activities received by the company. Responsible for quotes, answering sales questions, answering product questions, fielding inquiries, routing to apprpopriate parties, follow-up Internet leads and inquiries and other customer/business convergence related inquiries. Will also be involved with collaborative efforts in implementing sales and marketing campaigns to increase product sales, brand exposure and market share. This position also involves administrative support activities relating to sales and marketing management activities.  

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
1 year.

REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRING (min age, education, drug test, skills testing):
18 years old. High school; college education is desired. Second language is a plus. Customer service experience is required. Fundamental knowledge of database entry, inside sales and administrative support skills are required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated, self directed, service oriented professional. Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and leader. Ability to respond creatively to a rapidly changing environment.
