DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Will plan, supervise,and implement the daily curriculum for your class, considering the group as a whole, but also planning for the needs of the individual children in your group. Be knowledgeable about the Envionmental Rating Scale. Willing to complete or continue taking classes in Early Childhood Education. Come to work the days and hours assigned, or as arranged with the Director. Be present at all staff meetings. Take full advantage of training opportunities. Good leadership skills and teamwork.  

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
1 least one year of verifiable experience working in a licensed child care center as a caregiver.

REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRING (min age, education, drug test, skills testing):
-Must have a high school or general education diploma and/or: -A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in early childhood education. -Have a North Carolina Early Childhood Credential I and II or equivalency.
