DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must be able to operate vertical, horizontal and rotary plastic injection molding machines. Will startup and shut down molding machines, load and remove inserts to and from molds, monitor and document processes, perform general inspection of molded products using a microscope, calipers and other measuring devices as required. Ability to perform reel changes as needed. Material handling, in the form of raw material or finished product, is required. Grinding of the runners and mixing of the virgin material and regrind may be required. Keeping the general work area organized and clean. Performing the necessary housekeeping to do so.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Molding Operation experience required. Operator will be paired with a technician for hands-on training for the operation of the molding machine and all support equipment. Will work first shift for training and be transferred to another shift. Inspection procedures and any special inspection equipment training will also be provided. MSDS-Right To Know; Safety; quality Policy; ISO-9001:2008, ISO-13485:2003

REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRING (min age, education, drug test, skills
testing):
Mechanical skills requried for understanding and possessing the ability to use all common hand tools including the use of common measuring instruments(micrometers, calipers). Must be able to lift 55 pounds.
