- Resume Preparation - Prepare a professional resume through available software, workshops, or staff assistance.
- Job Listings - Access the latest job listings through this website and other Internet sites.
- Career Planning and Development - Identify training and education needed to be competitive in the local labor market.
- Connection to High School Completion and GED - Connect to classes needed to obtain your Adult High School Diploma or GED, or to upgrade your basic skills.
- Occupational Skills Training for a Specific Career - Referrals to specific training programs available for the local labor market.
- Literacy Skills - Improve your basic reading, writing and math skills.
- Unemployment Claims - Information on filing unemployment claims.
- Scholarship/Financial Aid Information - Need help paying for tuition, books and fees? Information is available about a variety of student financial aid programs.

- Dislocated Worker Program - Assistance for individuals who have lost their jobs due to plant closings or mass layoffs. For additional resources see Dislocated Worker Toolkit.
- Veterans Program - Help for veterans to match their skills with opportunities in the job market.
- Older Workers Program - Specialized job search and placement assistance for economically disadvantaged individuals 55 years or older.
- Disability Services - Help individuals with disabilities access needed education, training, placement and accommodation services.
- Job Search and Life Skills Classes - Access workshops and services that teach you how to better manage your daily life while balancing work; and learn about current job search techniques to include resume development, cover letters, interview techniques, networking, etc.
